4. Reservations & Confirmation

Bookings require accurate guest details and are only confirmed upon our explicit confirmation, typically via email or phone.
You are responsible for reviewing the reservation details and notifying us promptly of any errors or special requirements.

5. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment, deposit, cancellation, and refund terms are provided at the time of booking.
No-shows or late cancellations may incur full or partial charges, depending on the agreed policy.

6. Guest Responsibilities

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and comply with property rules.
You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay; repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
